Senior .NET Backend Engineer

About the role

We're building the next generation of healthcare data platforms. You'll design and build APIs that handle millions of patient appointments per day, working with DDD, CQRS, event-driven architecture, and Azure Service Bus.

Requirements

• 5+ years with C# and .NET (6+)
• Experience with Clean Architecture or DDD
• Azure Service Bus, Cosmos DB, or similar cloud messaging/database
• Strong understanding of REST API design and versioning
• Experience with CQRS and event sourcing patterns

Nice to have

• HIPAA or healthcare data experience
• gRPC / Protobuf
• Terraform or ARM templates
